I am really passionate about teaching yoga as a way to manage anxiety & stress, and nurturing all levels of students as I know what a wonderful impact a kind and understanding teacher can have. As a teacher you have the power to help transform and give students the tools to build their own yoga journey. You can expect my classes to be a mix of playful sequencing with mindful movement. I teach both Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga.

Private classes allow you to fit yoga into your life at a time that suits you best. Having a private class gives you the freedom to focus on areas of your practice that you want to develop. You get individual attention that you don’t always get in larger class settings and the practice is built around your own needs. This can range from reducing anxiety, building strength, increasing your flexibility or working on more specific postures such as inversions or backbends.
