My go-to breakfast is overnight oats topped with hazelnut & cacao granola (recipe for this coming soon!).
These overnight oats take about 10 minutes to make and you just pop them in the fridge overnight and VOILA your breakfast is ready.
125ml almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1 grated apple
pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp protein powder or chia seeds
Mix all the ingredients together and pop into a jar.
Store in the fridge overnight.
The next morning stir all the ingredients together and add some extra milk if you like.
Enjoy these oats on their own or topped with granola, berries or peanut butter!
