... because flowers die.
Last weekend in Sydney, we went to an amazing pop-up hosted by Little Succers where we got to build our own terrariums. How bloody fun! And yes I had to google 'terrarium'... and can only describe it as a magical fishbowl where stones and plants live!
We picked a 1pm slot and arrived to the Chippendale venue, green fingers ready to get crafting. It is a “pick’a’mix” style build-your-own-terrarium, and you get to choose everything from the soil, pebbles, plants and extras (I put in a rose quartz as an extra because... well, I am a crystal hippie).
In terms of cost, it is $20 to book and after you’ve created your masterpiece, they tally up the total (minus the $20 deposit) and you only pay for what you use in your terrarium. They’ve got succers, pricks, air plants, crystals, clay mushrooms and different vases to choose from. My one cost $70.
It was genuinely such a fun way to spend a Sunday and a really nice gift idea too! Their next event is on December 21st. Click HERE to check it out.
